Established in 2014 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, we are a manufacturer, exporter, and trader of precision weighing scales; products may also be referred to under the brand name "Gold King Scale." These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and any related services, features, content, or applications we offer (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gold King Scale (KD Weighing Instrument).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.

We offer precision weighing scales and related instruments. We strive to provide accurate specifications, capacity and readability details, images, and technical information. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations in finish, dimensions, or supplied accessories may occur where updated without immediate notice on the Site.

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, if you have already placed an order, the price you agreed to pay at the time of order placement will be honored.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per business, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same payment method, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices stated on the Site. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. This confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but is merely an acknowledgment that we have received your order.

Payment Terms

Payment must be received by us before we can process and ship your order. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment methods as displayed on our Site. For bulk, institutional, or export orders, additional terms (including taxes, documentation, and freight) may apply as confirmed in writing.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase; and (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment method company.

We will arrange for shipment of weighing equipment and accessories to you. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout where applicable. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Some items may require special handling due to weight or size.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Gold King Scale (KD Weighing Instrument) pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, weather, carrier capacity, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the package at your address or return it to us, and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

We want you to be satisfied with your weighing equipment. Returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy on the Site and any warranty terms supplied with your product.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible
• Custom-built, specially calibrated, or made-to-order units may not be eligible for return except where defective or as required by law
• Damage from misuse, improper installation, voltage issues, or environmental conditions outside rated specifications is not eligible for return
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, not as described, or we made an error

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Gold King Scale (KD Weighing Instrument), its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

The Gold King Scale name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Gold King Scale (KD Weighing Instrument) or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Our Site may allow you to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content, including but not limited to reviews, comments, photos, and other materials ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Gold King Scale (KD Weighing Instrument) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content; (ii) the User Content is accurate and not misleading; (iii) the User Content does not violate any rights of any third party; and (iv) the User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

GOLD KING SCALE (KD WEIGHING INSTRUMENT) DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Technical specifications and performance data for weighing instruments are provided in good faith; actual performance may depend on installation, environment, calibration, and use. We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site beyond any separate written warranty supplied with a product.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLD KING SCALE (KD WEIGHING INSTRUMENT), ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GOLD KING SCALE (KD WEIGHING INSTRUMENT) TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gold King Scale (KD Weighing Instrument), its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site.
